There are two things to book, a bath or a haircut, and both are priced by breed. Everything else on this page is something you add to one of them. Puppies under eight months are a flat price.

These are the prices Fresh Tails charges on Square. Coat condition, matting and how your dog handles being groomed can change the final number, and you will get a firm price at check-in before any work starts.
The two services
$50 to $160
A full bath, dried by hand, with the whole appointment given to one dog.
Presto Bath includes. Hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner, blueberry eye stain facial, blow drying, fifteen minutes of brushing, nail clipping, ear cleaning, bandana and cologne.
$75 to $220
Everything in the bath, plus the cut, whether that is the breed pattern or whatever length suits your dog’s life.
Presto Haircut includes. Hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner, blueberry eye stain facial, blow drying, fifteen minutes of brushing, a full haircut, nail clipping, ear cleaning, bandana and cologne.

A shedless shampoo and conditioner soften and loosen the undercoat, then a high velocity dryer and a special water nozzle do the work of removing it.

Cooling and soothing for itchy, irritated or dry skin. It moisturises while it exfoliates, lifting dead skin and dandruff, and helps skin that has reacted to insect bites. The right formula for your dog’s skin gets chosen at the appointment.

Anywhere from about forty five minutes to three hours, depending on your dog. You will see the exact time for your breed above.
Coat, size and how long the work takes. The number you see here is what Square charges for that breed. You get a firm price at check-in, after a hands-on look at your dog, and nothing gets added without asking you first.
By hand, with a handheld dryer, from start to finish. No dog is left alone with equipment running.
There are two, and they are used for the few minutes when one appointment overlaps the next. Your dog is not spending the day in one. Grooming itself is one dog on the table at a time.
It is a converted garage set up as a salon. A professionally installed mini split holds the temperature, the table is a Paw Brothers electronic lift under a year old, the tub is stainless steel rated to 400 pounds, and the clippers and shears are high-end and professionally sharpened. A car parks in there too. Come see it before you book if you want to.
Not anymore. Fresh Tails is grooming only now. Older reviews online mention boarding, and that is why.
Often, yes, and it is a large part of the practice here. One dog on the table and a quiet room remove most of what makes grooming stressful. Call or text first so the appointment can be set up for your dog specifically.
Yes, and comfort comes ahead of appearance every time. Sometimes the right answer for an older dog is a shorter, easier groom rather than a perfect breed cut.
Bring them in and expect an honest conversation. Severe matting is painful to brush out, and a shorter cut is usually the kinder option. That call gets made with you, not for you.

You get a text about twenty minutes before your dog is ready, and there is a thirty minute window after that. Past thirty minutes, a $40 fee applies. Appointments run back to back, so a late pickup pushes into somebody else’s slot.
