Hi, I’m Gardenia.

Why Fresh Tails
I have been grooming dogs since 2016, and I started Fresh Tails so I could do it the way I always thought it should be done.
In a lot of salons, one groomer is working on three or four dogs at once. Dogs get cycled between the table, the tub, and a crate with a dryer pointed at it. It is efficient, and I understand why it exists, but it is loud and it is frightening, and the dogs know exactly what is happening.
Here, I work on one dog at a time on the table. Yours gets the whole appointment and I hand-dry every one myself. There are two kennels for the short overlap between appointments, and that is genuinely all they get used for.
I work with a lot of senior dogs, a lot of puppies getting their first groom, and a lot of dogs who came from somewhere that did not go well.
Your dog’s wellbeing comes first, but the grooming itself is a very close second. I have trained with some of the world’s best groomers in the US, Peru and Spain. Grooming is an art, and I want what leaves this salon to be among the best examples of it in Gainesville.
